> Rhythmic Games for Children
overview |
Composed in 1949. It was originally released as an orchestra piece. Before his death, Mr. Ifukube had said that he no longer had the sheet music for this collection, but the author’s sketches were discovered among his belongings and attracted attention, leading to the decision to publish it. A collection of easy-to-understand works that use the melodies of Japanese children’s songs. As the title suggests, there are rhythmic pieces lined up. |
